There is no fee to submit and no fee to be published. We verify the title at the Land Registry, visit the property, photograph it and write the description ourselves.
We carry a limited number of properties at any time, and most submissions are declined — usually because ownership is undivided among heirs, or because there is no registered right of way. Where that is the case, we will tell you plainly what would need to change before the property could sell.
All enquiries generated through this site are handled by us. There is no charge to the owner at any stage.
